Middle door damper unit
Zimmer GmbH Daempfungssysteme, Rheinau, Germany
When this new system for three-door sliding cabinets was developed, it was the objective to design a middle door damping so that the middle door would open in both directions and the door closing would be cushioned. This is achieved by two pull-in elements, which both feature a pulling tool and a deceleration device. They can be flexibly moved and their central normal vectors point in opposite directions. With this split solution, cushioned closing in both directions becomes feasible and functionality is essentially improved.
